What this policy covers

Trivexis is in early development. Access to development environments or pilots requires authorisation. Any use of the service, paid arrangements or handling of agency and client data is subject to separately agreed conditions.

This website policy does not set the conditions for storing or using an agency's CRM records. Please contact us before sending agency or client data.

Information we collect

• When you email us, we receive your email address, name if provided, message and any other information you choose to send.
• If you use email sign-in or account recovery, we process the email address, password or verification code you provide through WorkOS to complete the requested step.
• If you are invited to sign in using Google or Microsoft, we receive basic account information through WorkOS. This can include your account identifier, name, email address and profile picture if provided by your chosen provider.
• Our hosting and authentication services may record technical details needed to operate and protect the website and sign-in. These can include your IP address, browser information, request details and authentication or security events.

We collect contact and directly entered sign-in information from you. If you choose Google or Microsoft, account information comes from that provider through WorkOS. Technical information comes from your browser and the services that handle your requests.

How we use information

We use contact information to respond to enquiries and continue the conversation you have requested. We use account information to identify you and provide authorised sign-in. We use technical information to operate the website, diagnose problems and protect against misuse.

Service providers and overseas processing

We use Vercel and Cloudflare for website hosting and delivery, WorkOS for authentication, and Google Workspace for email. If you choose Google or Microsoft sign-in, that provider also handles information under its own privacy terms.

These providers may process or store information outside Australia, including in the United States. Information is not necessarily kept only in Australia.

Browser storage and cookies

This website stores your appearance preference in your browser's local storage so it can remember your choice of light, dark or system appearance. You can remove that preference by clearing the website's browser storage.

Invited sign-in uses separate authentication cookies to complete sign-in and maintain a session. Blocking or clearing those cookies may prevent sign-in or end your session.

The current public website does not include advertising pixels or marketing analytics scripts.

Keeping information

We keep personal information for the purposes described in this policy and to meet applicable legal obligations. The information and circumstances of a request affect whether it can be deleted.

Access, correction and deletion requests

To ask for access to your personal information, correct it or request deletion, email legal@trivexis.com.au. Describe the information or account your request concerns. We may need to verify your identity before providing information or making a change.

We will explain any limits that apply to your request, including information that needs to be kept to meet applicable legal obligations.

Privacy complaints

If you have a concern about how we have handled personal information, email legal@trivexis.com.au with the details so we can consider it and respond.

You can also read the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner's privacy complaints guidance. Whether the OAIC can consider a complaint depends on its jurisdiction and the circumstances.
