Where Your Data is Stored

We use the following infrastructure to store and process your data:

  • Database: Hosted on Supabase servers located in Australia (Sydney region). SOC 2 Type II
  • Automation Platform: Self-hosted on servers located in Singapore (APAC region).

AI Processing

Our services use artificial intelligence to process and respond to enquiries. When AI features are used:

  • Data is transmitted securely (encrypted via TLS) to AI service providers located in the United States, including Anthropic (Claude) and OpenAI.
  • These providers are SOC 2 certified and do not use your data to train their AI models.
  • Data sent for AI processing is temporarily retained by these providers (typically up to 30 days) for abuse monitoring and then deleted.
  • Your data is not stored permanently on US servers.
