- •Automation Platform: Self-hosted on servers located in Singapore (APAC region).
AI Processing
Our services use artificial intelligence to process and respond to enquiries. When AI features are used:
- •Data is transmitted securely (encrypted via TLS) to AI service providers located in the United States, including Anthropic (Claude) and OpenAI.
- •These providers are SOC 2 certified and do not use your data to train their AI models.
- •Data sent for AI processing is temporarily retained by these providers (typically up to 30 days) for abuse monitoring and then deleted.
- •Your data is not stored permanently on US servers.
